Joyce Ourso Bankston, 76, died on Saturday, September 5, 2015. She is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy B. and Everett Landry, Sadie Alicia and Scott Sternfels, Jamie Bankston and Glenn Simoneaux; one step son, Jeffery L. Bankston; four sisters, Florence Ourso Falcon, Sadie Ourso Holland, Dianne Ourso, and Lauren Ourso; one brother, TJ Ourso; four grandchildren, Michael Kocke, Sr., Toni Kocke Chachati, Spencer Sternfels, and Sophie Sternfels; and four great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy L. Bankston; one grandchild, Sydnie Leigh Sternfels; one son-in-law, Michael Henry Kocke. Parents, Tony and Laura Ourso; and one sister, Bernice Ourso Cassard.
