Dear Dave,

I never got to say goodbye to you and it has bothered me for a long time. My most heart felt and deepest condolences go out to all of your family. You were a true gentleman and a great friend. 

You were always available to help when people needed you. I know you helped me out many times. I miss the morning coffees talking about anything and everything we used to have at the Gas station. I miss you buddy.

Dave was a one of kind and there will never be anyone like him. When I first met Dave he made me feel like a friend and as one of the family. His smile and his laughter was infectious and you could always hear him from afar. He would always offer to help or try to give you advice so that you would succeed at whatever troubled you or you were not sure of. He will be missed greatly but never forgotten. 
When he found the women of his life and got married not so long ago you could see how happy and complete he had become. 
I still can't believe he is gone it only seems like yesterday he and I talked.
I'm going to miss you my friend and hope that you are with your Mom and Dad looking down at us and smiling. We will be doing the same everyday we think of you and your everlasting smile. 

Dave took a chance with me and hired me 5 years ago when I had to commute an hour and a half everyday through rush hour  He taught me alot of things i know today   he was an amazing boss but not only that he was a great friend  After 3 years of working side by side everyday a huge part of me went missing when he left  I have always and will always look up to Dave  even though its been 2 years since he left we always kept in touch.  1st off my heart hurts for his wife as I remember when they met and in the end how much he loved her  She was the best thing that happened to him and he knew it  They had a love everyone only dreams of 2nd of all my heart hearts for his children and his grandchildren  as those are relationships and loves he cherished and bragged about every day  he loved them more than anything  just as much as his sisters and brother    Dave was a good man and he will always be remembered and cherished    my deepest condolences to every single one of his family members   

Dave is my cousin and he will be sadly missed by Steven and Suzie he was always happy sharing a laugh whenever we got together. We will miss you very much dear cousin rest in peace.
