Elizabeth passed suddenly but peacefully at the Georgian Retirement Home on Monday May 23, 2022. Loving and doting wife of Joseph Wenisch. She was married to her soulmate for almost 70 years. Beloved mother of the late Ralph Wenisch( Marianna ) Sadly missed by very close friends Debbie and Bert Dorpmans, Kathy and Randy Wheaton.
Elizabeth was a master organizer and always able to have wonderful and lively discussions on current events and the state of the world. She worked as a book keeper but also trained as a seamstress in which she was an amazing talent. Joe and Elizabeth loved to travel and drove their camper van across Canada and the United States. A cherished highlight was visiting Alaska and enjoying its rugged wilderness.

In keeping with Elizabeth’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
