It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Johanna Nelson, peacefully at the age of 76. Johanna will be deeply missed by her husband Brian, her children Dean (Sharlene), Alicia, Bobbi, and Amanda (Marcos), her siblings Imka (Brian), and Harry (Cindy), her many grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to her PSW’s from Paramed, Shelly, Kayla, Kaitlyn, and Brandy for their amazing support and care for her, for over ten years. Special thank you to the doctors and staff at Louise Marshall Hospital for their outstanding help, support and care through Johanna’s final days.
Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Johanna’s memory.
Visitation will be held at Marlatt funeral home, Swackhamer Chapel, 195 King Street West, Dundas, on Saturday, March 9th from 11:00am - 1:00pm. A funeral service will be held following at 1:00pm in the chapel.
