At Hamilton General Hospital, on Monday, April 30, 2012, in her 99th year. Marion was predeceased by her beloved husband George and her brother Stewart Stipe. Loving aunt of Gary Stipe and his wife Valerie of Mississauga, and Susan and her husband Doug Read of Guelph. Great-aunt of Christopher, Erik, Kimberley, Kristin and Jason. Marion was an active member of Ryerson United Church and an avid choir member. She taught school in Hamilton for over forty years. Friends may call at Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main Street East (east of Sanford), Hamilton from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, May 3, 2012. The funeral service will be held in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 11 a.m.; Rev. Ted Vance officiating. Interment Hamilton Cemetery.
