Peacefully, with his family by his side, at Hamilton General Hospital on July 28, 2012, in his 85th year. Survived by his wife Betty and daughters Patricia and Judith, sister Maria (Martin) Klosler and brothers George (Janet) Mosel and John Mosel. Brother-in-law Doug (late Bev) Ward, sister-in-laws Brenda (Pat) Campbell and Vivien Mosel and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Michael and Sam, and sister Katie.
Martin worked for Pigott Construction and was an active member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. He enjoyed fishing, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Cremation has already taken place. A funeral service, and a tribute from the Odd Fellows will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 11am at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 195 King Street West, Dundas.
