Dr. Leonard Gross DDS

Beloved husband and soulmate of Elizabeth; loving father of Dale (Gary) Tartick and Julie (Fred) Baruchman; cherished stepfather of Leslie (Salvatore) Galioto, Mark (Denise) Kuzmierczak and the

late Anthony Kuzmierczak; dear grandfather of Steven (Billy Rosen) and Jason (Kaitlyn Bristowe) Tartick, Victor (Anna) and Michelle Baruchman; dear stepgrandfather of Mark and Jesse Galioto and Deanna and Kyle Kuzmierczak; great-grandfather of Noah Baruchman.

He was predeceased by his parents, David and Ida Gross; and his sister, Arlene (late Frank) Lally.

Dr. Gross was a graduate of the Park School and the UB Dental School, graduating in 1960. He honorably served as a Captain in the US Army Dental Corps and afterwards practiced in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Gross also attended the Graduate School of Endodontics at the University of PA, where he graduated in 1969. Dr. Gross was a proud member of the Eighth District Dental Society and enjoyed teaching Endodontics part-time for 25 years at the UB Dental School from ‘72- ’97.

There will be a private family memorial at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Leonard’s memory to Hospice Buffalo.
