Cuc Kim Sirois, 68, of East Hartford, beloved wife for almost 50 years of Ronald J. Sirois, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 6, 2021. Cuc was born in Vietnam on October 25, 1953. She was a passionate wife, mom, grandmother and friend. She had a love for helping others through her translating services and had a passion for her Vietnamese culture and community. Cuc was a very social and friendly woman who loved gardening and helping out her neighbors too, many who referred to her fondly as “Miss Kim”. She will be remembered by the many folks who had the pleasure of knowing this strong, outspoken, hardworking woman who ventured to the United States from her home country at the age of 18 to start a new life and raise a family with the love of her life who she referred to fondly as “Frenchie”. She will be missed by many but certainly not forgotten in our hearts, memories, and prayers.
In addition to her loving husband Ronald, Cuc is survived by her two children, Gerald Sirois and wife Angelica of East Hartford and Kim Poulin and husband Ronald of Glastonbury and her two adored grandsons, Jaxon J. Sirois and Jason T. Poulin.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at St. Francis for hard work and dedication over the past several months.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, December 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the D’Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford.
