

Jeanne Ann MacDonald, 65, of Rockville, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 10, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Jeanne was born on May 24, 1952 in Hartford, to the late Nancy and David MacDonald. She was a graduate of George J. Penney High School, in East Hartford, class of 1970 and was employed by the New England Dermatology Associates in Vernon. Jeanne loved the Dallas Cowboys to which her neighbors can attest. She loved her quiet times with her cup of tea and crossword puzzles. She also loved reading, gardening, baking and enjoyed cooking a good meal. Jeanne was predeceased by the love of her life, Tim McLarney. She leaves behind her two beloved sons, Shawn McLarney of Woodstock and James McLarney of Danielson; her brothers, Dave MacDonald and his wife Terry of South Windsor, Dan MacDonald and his wife Marie of New Boston, New Hampshire; a sister Ann Mikkelson and her husband Paul of Simsbury; an aunt and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a countless number of very dear friends. Calling hours will be at the D'Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford, on Thursday, March 15, 2018, from 4 - 7 P.M. Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
