

Philip Carcia, 62, of Manchester, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, January 1, 2023. He was born in Hartford on December 28, 1960. Philip was predeceased by his father, Philip F. Carcia and mother, Irene Maclean.
Philip worked for many years as a chef and window washer. He loved music, riding his Harley, gemstones, Sci Fi and anything to do with the supernatural.
He is survived by his mother Herlinde Muir of East Hartford, his seven siblings; Deborah Latulippe and husband, Joseph of Manchester, Patricia Morin and husband Philip of East Hartford, Gail Locke of Manchester, Gloria Rasimas and husband Rick of Marlborough, Ronald Ouellette and wife Barbara of Lebanon, Mark Carcia and wife Karen of Ellington and Tyrone Carcia and significant other Kim of Ellington. He is also survived by his uncle and godfather Joseph Carcia, Jr. of Manchester, many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Philip will also be missed by many at Crestfield Rehab Center in Manchester, whose care he had been in for the last 4 ½ years.
Philip’s family will receive relatives and friends from 11am to 1:00pm on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at D’Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford.
