Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, he became a US Citizen while serving in the US Army. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosa, four children Margarita, Esther, Martin, and Jesse, as well as numerous grandchildren and other family members.
A visitation for Abundio will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel - Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79938 with a Christian Chapel Service being held at 6:00pm.
The interment/committal service will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 9:30am at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave., El Paso, Texas 79906.
A special "Thank You" to Chris Roldan and Maricela Serna for their loving and attentive care of Abundio as he approached his passing, as well as his wife, Rosa Roldan.
