

On August 5th 2015 Antonio “Tony” Limas Sr. passed away peacefully at the age of 80 surrounded by his Family’s loving arms. He is survived by his loving wife Maria Luisa E. Limas and his children Antonio Limas Jr.(Tony Boy), Raymundo (Roy), Andres (Andy), Jerry & Pat, Albert, Virginia & Danny L. Candelaria, David & Lee L. Vasquez, Christina & April. Grandchildren: Stephanie, Jennifer, Nicholas, Chance, Steven & Venessa. Great Grandchildren: Aydrieanna, Kyianna, Paul Jr., Kendra, Isaiah, Lyla & Alyssa. Antonio & Maria Luisa E. (Licha) Limas were happily married for 58 years. He was preceded in death by his Parents Ricardo Sr. & Antonia Limas & Sister Bertha Saucedo. He is survived by his brothers Ricardo Sr., Heriberto Sr., Jaime, sisters: Maggie, Rosie, & Sally as well as numerous nieces & nephews. Tony graduated from Jefferson High then enlisted into the Air Force (Sept 22, 1951-59). Was an aircraft attendant for 10 years in Del Rio, TX at Laughlin AFB. He retired after many years from the El Paso International Airport as fire fighter/Refueler. His many passions in life were fishing, camping in Ruidoso, NM, watching his baseball games while enjoying a great tasting Bud Light in a bottle of course, while keeping an eagle eye out his window. A Parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe. He was a Scout Master & coach of little league baseball. He will be greatly remembered by his many prayers & happiness spread to all he met. Visitation to be held at Martin Funeral Home 3839 Montana, Sunday August 9th from 5pm-9pm, Rosary at 7pm. Church services at Our Lady of Guadalupe on August 10, 2015 Monday at 12:45pm, Pallbearers are Roy, Andy, Jerry, Albert, David & Danny Lee. Interment is at Ft. Bliss following Mass.
