Balbina P. Moreno, was called to heaven by Our Father on July 17, 2016. Balbina is preceded in death by her husband Willie P. Moreno. She is survived by two sisters Gloria P. Reyes and Basilisa P. Fernandez, five children Frank, Nick, Lucy, William, John. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation at Martin Funeral Home Central from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Thursday, July 21, 2016 with a 6:30pm rosary. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, July 22, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 12:45 pm. Burial will be at Ft. Bliss Cemetery.Arrangements under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central, El Paso, TX.
