Celia Esther Duran

Celia Esther Duran, age 79, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX and retired after more than 30 years of hard work and dedication from the Texas Workforce Commision. Celia was a diehard Cowboy fan, loved James Dean and occasionally enjoyed drinking a Pepsi. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven A. Duran and sister, Rosario Ontiveros. Celia is survived by her loving sons, David and Michael Duran; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and brother, Carlos Teran.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a vigil at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903.
