David is survived by his wife, Ortencia Alicia Reyes; son David Francisco Reyes Jr.; and daughter Valerie Marie Reyes.

A funeral service for David will be held Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East Funeral Home, 12400 Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938. Following the funeral service will be an interment at Evergreen Cemetery East, 12400 Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938.
