George was self-employed and owned the American Business Center (ABC) where he assisted countless of individuals and helped many businesses conduct and manage all types of business endeavors. Many came to his office just to get “life” and business advice for success. George also mentored high school students in his office.
George was an avid tennis player and thoroughly enjoyed competing and winning tennis tournaments. His tennis career allotted him friends, traveling opportunities, and many fulfilling experiences, as he used his God given talent to exceed in the sport that he loved.
George was a member and attended Abundant Church and had a passion for inviting and taking people to church to hear the Word. He was instrumental in introducing many to God’s plan of salvation.
After his business career, George was ordained as a Christian pastor and blessed many people through this ministry and proclaimed salvation through Jesus Christ everywhere he went or wherever he was asked to speak. Pastors would confer with him for assistance on church growth and other matters, and he willingly assisted everyone.
George was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and had a great love all of his family, had them close to his heart and in his prayers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Samuel Blancas, and sister; Dora Fierro.
George is survived by his loving wife; Monica Elisa Blancas, sons; Giovanni (Torri) and Dino (Marina) Blancas, grandchildren; Derek, Ani, Ben, Isaiah (Evelyn), Ilana (Joe), Sabrina and Joshua, great-grandchildren; Shekinna, Isaiah Jr. (Lauren), Angel, Daniel and Rose and great-great-grandson Noah Isaiah, brother; Andres (Rocio) Blancas and niece; Abigale (Steven) Swan and other numerus nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law; Evangelina and Virginia Montes, and brother-in-law; Martin (Irma) Montes.
Visitation for George will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022 from 1:30pm to 6:00pm with a Prayer Service at 2:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel-Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, August 30, at 1:30pm in Memory Gardens of The Valley in Santa Teresa, NM.
Pallbearers are, Giovanni, Dino, Isaiah, Andres, and Joshua Blancas; Angel and Daniel Salas; and Eddie Fierro.
