Mr Robinson - You were always so kind, a gentleman of a man- still removing your hat before you came in the door. There sure aren't many like you anymore. I hope you're at peace now, back with your wife. And I hope you're still up there around horses you loved so much. I will remember you fondly always. Here's a soft and proud Trooper Clap.....

Mr. Robinson was the first period biology class teacher my sophomore year at Eastwood. I have never forgotten the insect collection that was a big part of our grade in that class. I have also never forgotten finding out about an insect called an  earwig and trying to capture one. To this day, when I see an earwig, I think of Mr. Robinson.  My husband had gone to school with Fulton Robinson. He always had good things to say about him. He was such a kind and patient young teacher. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Sending our prayers for strength and courage through this storm.

He was a wonderful teacher ! I had him for biology over 50 years ago . Learned a lot and enjoyed it . Loved his football announcing too ! RIP Mr Robinson .

A role model for me.I became a Dyslexia Intervention Specialist and a Certified Special Education Teacher. Was thinking about Mr. Robinson...like Mr. Branard from Scotsdale they were gentle men, kind men, Guardian Angels. May his name be a Blessing to remember.

I am sending my sincere condolences to the family. He was my biology teacher and he was definitely one of my favorite I graduated in 1983. I loved him ❤️🙏

I had the honor and privilege of having Mr. Robinson as my Phys & Anat teacher my senior year. Of course, we all knew him before we set foot in the classroom. His presence in the hallways, football games, student activities — all with a camera positioned around his neck were a welcome sight to all.  He was the kindest, most patient, and professional educator who dedicated so much of his time to his students, the school, and our Eastwood community. He also had an incredibly quirky sense of humor - so much so, that even now in my 40s, I’ve found myself recounting to friends some of the funny things he did in class.  His class was tough. Very tough. But he taught in a way that made us want to learn the material and it prepared me for the rigorous coursework I’d later encounter at UT Austin. I am so thankful that he taught me the study skills to be successful. 

Mr. Robinson also had the distinction of teaching not only me, but my mother (‘71) as well. His legacy at Eastwood spans generations of families in our community. Please accept my heartfelt condolences - especially Lynette. Shine on Forever, Mr. Robinson.

Mr. Robinson,

You were never my teacher, but your calm presence was still felt every day we walked those halls... without saying a word, you conveyed integrity, humility, and intelligence. You helped create wonderful moments for many people and I hope your life reflected that. I wish you and all your loved ones peace and understanding in this journey. 

Thank you for sharing your voice, your hard work and positive efforts, the fruits of which I am sure have rippled throughout El Paso. We will miss you.

Hill, I’m so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful man and tremendous teacher. I have so many memories from his A&P class. He was fun, structured, held high expectations and celebrated our victories and encouraged us after failures. He had a great sense of humor! I know his passing has left an empty space for all of you. I hope the memories you have help to fill the gap. Much love.❤️

He was my biology teacher in 1971 at EHS...everyone liked him.

Mr. Robinson was an amazing teacher! When I took his Physiology and Anatomy class (Class of 1997), he ignited a passion inside me! He was truly inspiring and was one of my favorite teachers. May he rest in eternal peace. My sincerest condolences to his family.

What a magnificent teacher he was. He inspired me to love science, and I eventually earned a Biology degree. My condolences to his family. May Mr. Robinson rest peacefully in our Lord’s presence.

What a gentleman! Everyone that knew Fulton , knew you were in the presence of someone special . He was so smart but never lorded it over you . He was so challenging to his students but always supportive and encouraging… He has that strong , calm dignity of “Clint Eastwood “ but common sense of John Wayne .  I remember outbidding him for one of Leslie’s paintings, without realizing it, and when I tried to give it to him , he would not take it . I will never forget senior year taking physiology and anatomy with Mr. Robinson. It is because of him that I got into the medical field and truly love it.

My favorite high school teacher. I became a teacher because of him and today I train future teachers. Rest in peace Mr. Robinson in the knowledge that you truly inspired a new generation of teachers and continue to do so.
