Irene G Johnson

In loving memory of Irene Gonzalez Johnson, 92. Born September 21, 1926, passed over on May 10, from natural causes. She was a caring mother and loving wife; survived by her two children: Michael Ruben Nevarez, and Yvonne Teresa Rodriguez, and three grandchildren: George Rodriguez, Chris Rodriguez, and Kimberly Rodriguez, and three great grandchildren: Sebastian Pedroza, Jazelynn Diaz, and Daniel Diaz. We will miss you mom and remember all the love and care that you provided us.

Irene was born in El Paso and resided in El Paso most of her life. Her great sense of humor, love of life and generosity are what we inherit from knowing her.

The public is invited to pay tribute to Irene Johnson at the Martin Funeral Home Central, 3839 Montana. Visitation from 5-9pm and Vigil at 7pm on Tuesday May 15th. Mass will be at 1:30pm on Wednesday, May 16th at St. Patrick Cathedral,1118 N Mesa with interment to follow at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 2:30pm.
