Isela is survived by her Daughter Elizabeth M. Sifuentes Ballenger and her Son Salvador K. Sifuentes

Grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews

Isela is preceded in death by her mother Josephina M. Medina, her father Anacleto P. Medina, her brother Robert Medina, her sister Genoveva Edmondson, and her husband Salvador S Sifuentes

Isela was a musician, artist and wedding designer. Isela had a huge passion for adventure, music, meeting new people, and ice cream. Isela had a huge heart for giving and an infectious laugh that would bring a smile to all that crossed her path. She always left a room exclaiming how much she loved everyone!!!

Visitation will be September 22, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.at Funeraria del Angel Central 3839 Montana Ave. El Paso, Texas 79903. Graveside service will be September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Fort Bliss National Cemetery 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, Texas 79906, where she will be laid to rest next to the love of her life.
