Jesus M. Rodriguez (Chuy) passed away Jan. 5, 2016. He was born Oct 12, 1922 in Smelter Town, TX. He is survived by his wife Lori Rodriguez, stepson Robert Nunez, and his wife Veronica. He served his country in World War II. He was a dedicated employee of ASARCO for 42 yrs. He was also a member of St. Patrick Church, Elks Lodge, and the VFW. He is survived by sisters, Margarita Soto, Chelo Niccum, brothers Edmundo Medrano, Santiago Medrano. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren. He was preceded in death by brother Pete Rodriguez and sister Carmen Ditch. The family would like to thank Lori Rodriguez, Robert and Veronica Nunez for the love and care they gave Chuy. Visitation will be Thursday January 14, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm with rosary at 6:00pm. Funeral Mass will be 12:00 pm, Friday, January 15, 206 at St. Patrick Cathedral. Interment at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
