

Kartorrio Jacobs was born May 7, 1974, to Karoy and Norma Jacobs, Sr. in Savannah Georgia. He passed away on October 28, 2022, in Santa Teresa, New Mexico at the age of 48. Kartorrio was affectionately known as “Taco” to all who knew and loved him. He was a highly intelligent and intellectual being with a vast knowledge of current world events, political policies, and historical figures. A few of his interests were the study of African heritage, ancient history, and civil rights. Kartorrio was a master of debate and had an uncanny ability to engage those around him in stimulating and thought-provoking conversations about various topics.
Kartorrio was a fun-loving, witty, and humorous son, brother and uncle. He thrived in his role as "Uncle Taco" to his five nieces and nephews Gabriel, Mihael, AnaCristina, MiaAngelina, Cristiano and his "canine" nephew, Murphy. He had an eclectic taste in music. A few of his favorite artists were Nina Simone, Eva Cassidy, Elton John and Bob Marley. He enthusiastically shared his love and knowledge of music with family and friends. He was sensitive to the needs of the less fortunate and had a passion for protecting the civil rights of others.
Kartorrio was preceded in death by his parents Karoy and Norma Jacobs, Sr., and his brother, Karoy Jacobs, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters Karen Ruja and Klaretta Jacobs, his beloved nieces and nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
