Norma Rodriguez was called to be with our Lord July 29th, 2021. She was a lifelong El Paso Resident and was loved by all who knew her. She is a graduate of Bel Air High School class of 1972 and was a committed and dedicated employee at El Paso Water Utilities for 31 Years. She loved to laugh and live life. She is no longer suffering now and is reunited in heaven with her Father Emilio Carrasco Jr. She is survived by her children Monica Dominguez, Sergio Rodriguez Jr., and Christopher Rodriguez. Also, her siblings Margie Pulido, Ricardo Carrasco, Roberto Carrasco and her twin sister Maria Carrasco, her Mother Felicitas Carrasco. Along with her 10 Grandchildren and one Great Granddaughter who she loved very much. She was a beautiful person with a grateful heart and will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm with Rosary Service at 5:30pm at Funeraria del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79938. Funeral Mass will take place Friday, August 6, 2021 at 10am at St. Mark Catholic Church, 11700 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936.
