Raul spent the majority of his life battling heart issues from a young age and was not expected to live beyond his teenage years. His stubbornness allowed him to persevere and live a full 73 years. He was just shy of celebrating his 50th wedding anniversary to his wife Maria.
Even with his health, he managed to live an active life. He loved fishing, hiking, skydiving, playing softball, and enjoyed watching NASCAR races, and his Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees.
He is survived by his wife, Maria. His son Joseph. His daughter Adrianna and son-in-law Eric. His precious grandchildren: Emily and Sophia. His brothers Alfredo and Pedro, and sisters Maria Lupe and Belinda. His nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
A Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 17th at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave., El Paso, TX 79903.
