Romeo Reyes went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 26th, 2012, born in El Paso, TX, January 23rd 1928. His parents Arturo Reyes H. and Ofelia R. De Reyes his siblings Israel and Olga Reyes, all have gone to be with the Lord. He is survived by his wife Maria L. Reyes, his children Beatriz Fleming (Wayne), Dr. Arturo Reyes (Brenda), Hiram Reyes (Abbie), Sara Snider (Patrick), 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He served in the US. Navy from 1944-1947 was in the Christian Ministry for 50 years as a pastor. He retired in 1992 and his last ministry was at Iglesia Bautista de Chaparral, New Mexico. Visitation will be held at 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, August 30, 2012 at The First Mexican Baptist Church 1212 Stevens with a worship service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm Friday, August 31, 2012 at The First Mexican Baptist Church. Interment will follow to Ft. Bliss National Cemetery.
