Rosa “Rose” V. Dominguez, 65, died November 18, 2011. She was a graduate of Bowie High School, during her High School she was a model representative for Seventeen Magazine. Rose graduated with a BA with Honors at UTEP, and also attended Washington State University for graduate studies; she also taught at that University. She was a stewardess with American Airlines, and was a Teacher with EPISD and retired from Bliss Elementary School. She was an avid Cowboy’s and Miner’s fan. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Helen Lopez. She is survived by her brother, Jose (Henry) E. Dominguez (Irene) and Hank (nephew), brother-in-law, Carlos Lopez. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, November 25th at FDA Martin Central Chapel, where Vigil will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 26th at Our Lady of the Light Catholic Church.
