Ruben G. Loya, age 63, of El Paso, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2024. Born on March 28, 1961, in Chihuahua, Mexico, Ruben dedicated his life to the construction industry and found joy in working as a mechanic, a passion that extended to his love for cars. He also cherished his time watching movies, a simple pleasure that brought him much happiness.
Ruben is survived by his children, Venus, Jackie, and Ruben Loya; his grandchildren Jemini Orona, Ruben Orona, Brandy Orona, and Santiago Orona; and his siblings Ricardo Larrea, Ruben Loya, Frandon Flores, Elizabeth Zubia, and Alexis Loya. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Melissa Flores and his daughter Melissa Loya.
Ruben will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his love for his family, and his deep appreciation for the little joys in life. He touched many lives with his kindness and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
