

It is with deep sadness that the family of Salvador Ramirez Jr., age 68, announces his passing on February 16, 2025, in El Paso, Texas. Salvador was born on November 16, 1956 in El Paso and lived a full life dedicated to his community and loved ones.
Salvador graduated from Austin High School and spent 16 years working in EMS and many years at the State Center with the City of El Paso. His compassion for others and dedication to his work were evident to all who knew him.
Salvador was an active member of Calvary Chapel of El Paso, where his faith and love for his community were a central part of his life. He was passionate about his grandson, Jordan, and cherished spending time with him. In addition to his love for family, Salvador enjoyed playing chess, fishing, cooking, and golfing. He was also an avid Houston Texans fan and could often be found cheering them on.
Salvador is survived by his daughter, Vanessa Ramirez; son, David Morales Jr.; grandchildren, Jordan Ryan and David Morales; and his siblings, Elizabeth Rivera, Laddie Osborne, Corina Ramirez, and Michelle Ramirez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family, all of whom will deeply miss him.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life, and his family invites all who knew him to join in honoring his memory.
Visitation will be held on February 28, 2025 from 5pm - 9:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, with a Vigil at 7:00pm.
