On November 28, 2024 Maria Teresa Vega Flores passed away and returned to heaven to be with our Lord Savior Jesus Christ. She is no longer suffering with illness and pain that was constant throughout her life.
Maria Teresa was born April 26, 1951 to Esperanza Vega Zamora in Meoqui, Mexico. Serapio Zamora was her father. She was the wife to Antonio Diaz Flores. She was beloved by Grandma Espy, Grandpa Serapio, our Dad Antonio, the Flores, the Vega and Gallegos families.
Maria Teresa was the mother to Antonio (Mary) Flores and Marco (Isabel) Flores. Grandmother to Blairre, Eric, Adrian, Michael and Alyssa. Great Grandmother to Bradley, Carson, Kennedy and Ryan. She is also survived by her beloved uncle Enrique and aunt Elsa.
She was preceded in death by her mother Esperanza, father Serapio, husband Antonio and infant son Tonito.
Thank you to all the caregivers including family members for all the Love and Compassion you gave to Mom throughout the years.
Visitation will be Friday, December 13, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home, 12400 East Montana. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery East.
