Velvie O. O'Neill

Velvie is survived by her daughter Mary J Manning (Larry Manning); her daughter Velvie Amanda Hicks (Larry Hicks); her daughter Kathleen Bechtel (Rodney Bechtel); her daughter Flora L Fierro (Hector Loya); her daughter Lisa An O'Neill (Salvador Olivas); and her daughter Colleen Aranda (Paco Aranda); her brother Larry Truman Webb.

Velvie also leaves behind seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.

Velvie was preceded in death by her husband Robert Francis O'Neill; her great-grandbaby Levi Hunter; her mother Amanda Jane Webb and her father Ernest Webb; her brother Claude Alen Webb; her brother Ernest Simon Webb Jr and her brother Cecil Andrew Webb.

A visitation for Velvie will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Prayer Service at 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Funeral service to follow on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Central. Committal service to follow at 1:30 PM at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, TX. 79906.
