Victoria Cervantes

Victoria Cervantes, beloved, cherished, compassionate, devoted, faithful, generous, inspirational, kind-hearted, and selfless, passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on May 02, 1939, in El Paso, Texas, Victoria carried with her a quiet strength and a steady grace that touched the lives of those who knew her. A resident of El Paso, Texas, her life was a testament to care given freely and love offered without condition.

Victoria graduated from El Paso High and went on to receive her degree as a registered nurse from the State of Texas. In a world that often moves too quickly, she chose a calling rooted in patience and presence—meeting others in their most vulnerable moments with a faithful spirit and compassionate hands. Her career in the medical field, serving as a registered nurse for many years, reflected not only her skill, but also her generous heart and unwavering devotion to the well-being of others.

On June 19, 1987, Victoria married Luis G Cervantes. Together they shared a life shaped by commitment and enduring love. Victoria’s days were marked by the simple, profound work of caring—at home, in her vocation, and in the way she showed up for the people she held close.

Victoria had a passion for helping the sick and caring for them to get well. That passion was more than a profession; it was a reflection of who she was—an inspirational presence whose kindness could be felt in the smallest gestures and the quietest moments. Her life reminds us that tenderness is a strength, and that compassion, given consistently, becomes a legacy.

She is survived by her loving husband Luis, son Alfred Mireles and granddaughter Adrianna Mireles.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, Texas 79938, on April 09, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

A Rosary will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Evergreen East on April 09, 2026, at 7:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church, 1700 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, TX 79936, on April 10, 2026, at 10:00 am.
