Maurice Grant Greenfield Sr., age 92, passed away on March 26, 2026. Born January 23, 1934, in Jacksonville, Florida, Maurice was a compassionate, hard-working, and honest man whose steady presence and quiet strength will be deeply missed. After this introduction, Mike will be remembered with sincere respect and lasting gratitude by all who knew him.

Mike proudly served in the United States Navy and later built a life of dependable work, including driving tractor trailers—work that reflected his strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Away from work, Mike found joy in simple pleasures and good company. Golf was his favorite pastime, and he also enjoyed shuffleboard, moments that brought him relaxation, laughter, and connection with others.

Mike’s faith and care for others were evident in his volunteer work through the church. He was personable and selfless, always looking to lend a hand, and his legacy is one of service, kindness, and genuine consideration for those around him.

He is survived by his son, Maurice “Mike” Greenfield Jr; grandson, Christopher Greenfield (Connie); and great-granddaughter, Charlotte Rose Greenfield.
