Betty was born in Henderson, Kentucky on February 6, 1933 to William S. and Nellie (Williams) Cook. She retired from Whirlpool Corporation.
Betty is survived by her sons, Michael (Karen) Wicker of Newburgh, IN and James Wicker II of Florida; grandchildren, Shannon and Michelle; great-grandchildren, Danielle and Josh.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter,… Rhonda Stien; and by her grandson, Christopher.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Alexander Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, Evansville, IN with Pastor Scotty Calvert officiating. Burial will follow at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery.
