Infant Emma Lynn Hayes passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at Deaconess Gateway Women's Hospital. She was born Monday, October 6, 2014, to Randall Hayes and Erica Negoski.
She is survived by her parents; grandparents, Jim and Barbara Negoski and Dean and Teresa Woltersdorf; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, October 9, 2014, at Alexander Memorial Park in Chapel of Remembrance, with burial to follow.
