Peggy was born January 30, 1943, in Livermore, KY, to the late Marion J. Miles and the late Mittie (Bowman) Miles. She retired from GenCorp in 2000 after 37 years. She loved gardening and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Kenneth Kelsey; daughter, Penny Lynn Rister; son, Larry Kelsey (Alicia); step-son, Steven Kelsey; sister, Leda Sulawske; grandchildren, Jo Lynn Edwards (Joshua), Michael Kelsey, and Addalynn Kelsey; great-grandchildren, Justice Renae B. Spradley, Jazlynn Spradley, and Madison Edwards; and dear friends, Daisy Mitchell and Butchie Cavins.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, Henry Sulawske, and niece, Wendy Crawford.
Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN.
Burial will be Private.
