The journey began on a warm, muggy day, February 27, 2025, at Swedish Edmonds Hospital, where his mother discovered she was pregnant during a routine appointment for an unrelated procedure. The family celebrated this joyful news with a gender reveal, delighting in blue balloons and a blue firework smoke, revealing that Baby Rubio was a boy at home with their children.
Throughout the pregnancy, Aunna mother experienced minimal morning sickness after the first trimester, and pregnancy went well as the family eagerly awaited his arrival. Mom and Dad purchased a Winnie The Pooh Bear-themed stuffed animal for Baby Rubio, symbolizing the love and warmth that surrounded him and the theme his parents had planned for his baby décor.
As a very hot Northwest Summer concluded on Sunday, August 31, 2025, Rubio was born sleeping at 1:23 PM.
He was born at the Providence Women and Children’s Pavilion in Everett, Washington.
His father lovingly noted that he resembled him, with the same nose, and his mother saw Reynaldo’s likeness in his face shape and chin, along with his lovely dark hair.
Their home, always busy, and filled with love, is now missing a huge piece of their puzzle.
Baby Rubio’s memory will forever remain in their hearts…Baby Rubio was deeply loved and will forever be considered their precious angel.
In the words of Winnie the Pooh “If there every comes a day that we can’t be together, keep me in your heart…I will stay there forever”
