Kay was a Certified Public Accountant and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Oakhurst Ward. He enjoyed being with his grandchildren, golfing, fishing and Jazz.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Allan and granddaughters Melissa and Sarah.
He is survived by his wife Marcia, sons Daniel and Nate, daughters Cecile Losito (Gary), Alicia Kersavage (Kerwin), Shirlee Maxfiedl (Scott), grandchildren Kory, Kylor, Taylor, Kristian, Rachel, Noah Kayli, and brother Gordon.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 20 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Mill Creek Building, 16124 35th Avenue SE, Mill Creek Washington. Visitation is open to the public at the church from 10:00-11:00 and Graveside Services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, 4504 Broadway in Everett at 12:30 pm.
