David passed away at 79 years of age on June 16, 2017.
He was born August 26, 1937 in Everett to William and Violet Griffith.
David leaves his wife Doris after 60 years in marriage. They were very dedicated to each other. In 1956, one Saturday night met and were engaged the next day.
David would often comment “our time together was not a long enough time” and he wanted another “60”. Doris and David raised three children, Denise Diane Griffith, Darcy Dawn Reinkens and David Lloyd Griffith II.
David was predeceased by his daughter, Denise; his parents, siblings; Dawn Ludwick and William H. Griffith III. He also survived by his sister, Corrine Lloyd of Seattle. His 6 grandchildren Nicole O’Neill, Chelsey Clark, Chad Reinkens, David Griffith III, Josh Griffith, Callie Griffith; and 3 great grandchildren, Tyler, Olivia and Ava O’Neill.
He worked for over 35 year insurance business and much of that time as an adjuster.
David believed in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and that we will be reunited in Heaven with our Lord.
