Born on January 22, 1931, in Seattle, Donna grew up to be the only daughter of Caroline (deceased 1995) and Ray Davies (deceased 1988) and sister to Jerry Davies (Peggy). Donna married Marshall McKinney (deceased 2000) in 1949, they were married for 51 years. They had three children, Mark McKinney (Cindy), Georgia Paul (deceased 1996) and Keith McKinney. Donna was a grandmother to 7 grandchildren, a great-grandmother to 12 grandchildren and a great-great-grandmother to 1 grandson. Family was a true blessing in her life.
After Donna retired from Food Service of America, she became an avid square dancer and caregiver to many. She was a community volunteer with the Lynnwood Senior Center and Lynnwood Police VIP program for many years. Donna loved spending time with friends and family, baking and making jelly.
Donna will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
