George worked at Simpson Lee paper mill for 20 years and retired from Providence Hospital in 1997. George had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, gardening and in recent years loved spending time at the Oregon dunes with family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mario & Anita and siblings Loren, Joe, and Mary Lindstrom. George leaves: his wife, Carol; Children: Larry, Linda (Kurt) Martin, Jamie (Eileen), Brenda and Donita; Grandchildren: Lisa, Kelly, Amie, Tony, Matthew, Tiffany, Casey, Zachary and Kyle; Six great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends whom he loved very much.
