

Age 86, longtime resident of Everett, WA passed away peacefully at his Adult Family Home on May 14, 2025. Jack was born in San Francisco, CA to Cecil and Inez Frazier on August 31, 1938. They moved to Bonney Lake, WA in 1945 and lived at Victor Falls, which was an almost 100-foot waterfall at the back of the property, in a home that his father built and is still there to this day as Victor Falls City Park. He went to school in a 1-room schoolhouse and graduated high school in Sumner, WA. He then went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in history at Western Washington State College in 1963. He also attended Central Washington University. He had a career as a social worker for the State of Washington and worked with foster children and later with the elderly. In 1967, Jack married the love of his life, Judith Ann Frazier, in Seattle, WA. and they were married for 47 years. They resided in Raymond, moved to Oak Harbor and then settled in Everett. He took care of his wife for 30 years after she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Jack attended Trinity Evangel Church in Marysville, WA for the past 5 years. Prior to that he was a long-time member of the First Baptist Church of Everett. He had always been very involved in church activities throughout his lifetime which would be too numerous to name them all but some of those were: Serving as a deacon, helping with Vacation Bible School, leading a variety of Bible studies and a leader with Bible Study Fellowship, teaching a young marrieds class, starting a men’s group and breakfast bible study. He had a passion for history and was an avid reader. He had a recent hobby of researching family history to trace his lineage. He also enjoyed being outdoors and his daily walks that he did for many years. Jack will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Jack is preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Hopper), his parents, Cecil and Inez, his brother and sister, Don Frazier and Reka Shore. Jack is survived by his children, Lisa (Elizabeth), Hendrickson (Ryan) and Andrew Frazier (Terri); by his six grandchildren, Nicole and Laura Hendrickson, Cody, James, Anna and Lily Frazier. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
