Johnny Lewis Applegate was born on June 30, 1962 to Billy Gene Applegate and Marie Delores Applegate at Bakersfield California. Johnny lived in Blackwater Arizona for the last 36 years where he worked as a HVAC technician. Johnny enjoyed spending time with his family but especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his faithful canine companion Kuato.
Johnny is survived by his daughters Andrea Applegate, Mary Saiza, & Amanda Brown. Johnny is also survived by both his parents Billy & Marie Applegate and his siblings Robert Applegate, Shirley Applegate, Sharon Applegate, Bill Applegate, & Lawrence Lewis.
Johnny was visiting his brother in Everett Washington on July 18, 2016 when he passed away from natural causes.
