Jose was preceded in death by his wife Dogracia M. Franco.
He is survived by his children, Joey, Polly and Katie.
Jose lived to support and provide for his family whether it was working as much as possible so we would never go without or coaching sports teams to keep us active and busy. It was rare that he missed a game for his 3 children or grandchildren. He was loved by his family and never hesitated to lend a hand to family, friends and neighbors.
A service will be held at Saint Thomas More in Lynnwood, WA on Wednesday June 28th at 11am.
