She was born September 5, 1923 in Rimbey, Alberta, Canada to Olive (Peabody) and Arthur Connett. She married Charles Jackson “Jack” Lamb on October 17, 1939. They moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, then to Snohomish, Washington in 1952.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack in 1984; brother, Wilfred “Bud”; and two half-brothers, Walter “Ray” and Russell Connett.
Marion is survived by her five children, Gale Lamb of Emmett, Idaho; Derril Lamb of Leavenworth, Washington; Lynda Gardner; Melody Fairfax; and Jack Lamb, all of Everett, Washington; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Reception Room at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4504 Broadway, Everett WA 98203. Inurnment was at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Everett, Washington.
