Marius Carstensen
Born April 28, 1920 in Tahuya, Washington to Marius Carstenson and Ester Francine Carstenson died at the proud age of 96 years old at home in Lynnwood, Washington.
Marius served his country in the US Air Fforce 374th Division as a medic and reached the ranks of a Corporal. He spent 30 years in a career he loved as a building mover, retiring in 1988.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Josephine Rynders as well as Ellsie Gray, Josephine Carstensen and William Philipie. He is survived by his step-son, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 9 AM to 11:00 AM followed by a reception at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4504 Broadway, Everett, Washington 98203 with a Graveside Service with Military Honors at Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery 11111 Aurora Ave. North, Seattle, Washington 98133.
