Robert John Sampson

Robert John Sampson (Bob) was born September 21st, 1956 in Roulette North Dakota. Robert was raised in Everett WA. His parents were Raymond & Joyce Sampson. Bob had three siblings- Gloria Bourasaw, Raymond Sampson Jr & Linda Cowan.

Bob graduated from Everett High School with scholarships to play football & baseball from many colleges. Bob pursued baseball in college until an arm injury. Bob thoroughly enjoyed sports.

Bob's faith and love for Jesus and the love for his family were the most important to him. He was a member of Pursuit NW Church.

Bob married Sherry Johnson on June 9, 1979. They met when Bob was 13 and Sherry was 11. Bob and Sherry's children are Caleb Sampson & Emily Sampson. Grandchildren Isaiah & Khloe.

Bob worked at Bayliner Marine for 11 years & Boeing for 29 years until his retirement.

Bob's hobbies - he loved the beach, beach combing, the mountains, camping, golf & fishing. Bob liked to travel, his favorite, once he tried it, was cruising-he decided that was the way to go :)

Bob was a big fan of the Seahawks & Mariners, attending many sports games.

Bob enjoyed music of almost every genre, especially country & worship music.

Bob passed away May 14, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents & siblings. Bob is survived by his wife Sherry Sampson, son Caleb Sampson, daughter Emily Sampson, grandson Isaiah Sampson, granddaughter Khloe Sampson & many relatives.
