

Bill was born July 2nd in Vancouver, Washington to Clarence and Christine Moore and spent his childhood in Battleground, Washington before moving to Everett in 1942. He graduated from Everett High School in 1947.
Soon after graduating he married his high school sweetheart, Leona Spoelstra, and had two sons. Bill and Leona made their home in Beverly Park and Eastmond before moving to Lake Stevens.
Bill was a devoted father and dedicated friend. He worked hard all his life. He often told the story of spending the summer of 1945 working at a salmon cannery in Uyak Alaska.
After school, he worked for Nord Door before starting his own business, William G. Moore Construction. Bill built many homes over the years including the home he spent the last years of his life in.
Bill remained active up until January of 2025. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, fishing, and often talked about the good times clamming with friends and family. Motorcycles were a life long passion. He loved to ride and in his younger years and even made a couple trips from Everett to Mexico. Bill never lost his love for riding and was still riding his motorcycle into his late 80's.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Moore and Christine Moore Lindell, his brother Keith Moore, and his beloved wife of 56 years, Leona.
He is survived by his sons, Daniel Moore and David Moore, his brother Raymond and Raymond's wife, Junie Moore, his grandchildren Ricky Moore, Randy Moore, julie Moore, and Isaiah Moore, great grandchildren Gabe Moore, Mikiah Moore, and Randy Moore Jr.
Bill Live his life well and will be greatly miss by many

Upon Bill's request, there will be no services held. He will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Everett.
