A beautiful woman and a loving life remembered… Annie was born September 23, 1940 and passed on November 1, 2011. She was born in Portland, Oregon where she graduated from David Douglas High School. She was involved with drama club, student counsel and cheerleading. She attended Oregon State University. She became an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority while at OSU, and was Sweetheart of Sigma Chi, also runner-up of Miss Portland in 1959. She married her high school sweetheart Bob Baker where their love was shared for many years. They moved to Sacramento in 1963 where they became longtime residents. She was a valued member of Children’s Home Guild, Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae and Junior League. She was a member of Del Paso Country Club, and a partner in the design firm Carnaby Street Interiors. Of all her loves, her family was the most treasured. She will be remembered by daughters, Julie Law (Jeff), Melisa (Lisa Bugs) Baker, son Brook Baker (Laura), sister Elaine Erickson, and cherished grandsons, Jason and Cameron Law, Justin, Brandon and Jordan baker. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Fund.
