What a honor to have met Lil white Bear a man overflowing with the love of Jesus in his heart and expressed in love for the lives of boys to impart the word of the Lord in their lives I first met Bryan at Camporama and saw right away how he enjoyed giving to the boys all he had teaching them about beads and pouring Gods words into them as he taught and kept their attention was amazing thank you Lord for allowing me to have opportunity to meet Lil white bear ill never forget my brother in the Lord


Commander Bryan was a great man of God and Royal Rangers leader. He touched a lot of lives and we’ll miss him greatly. 

Ever since I met him, I only knew him as Commander Bryan, even before I joined Royal Rangers. Because Royal Rangers was an important part of his life. He spent endless hours in and outside of our Wednesday evening meetings, working with the boys on cars, working on something for the Day Before Thanksgiving Day Parade, or working on something for a camp.

He was very handy and creative. The boys came up with some wild ideas for pinewood derby cars, but Commander Bryan made it work and our outpost came home with a lot of trophies for workmanship.

He had a deep connection with the boys. To some boys he was like a second dad.

We are very grateful for all he has done for Outpost 110 in Loomis, California.

I first met Bryan in at Camporama 2006 I believe he was camped next to me and right way i saw his generosity toward others especially the boys willing to teach and give to them if they didn't have anything to trade  but he'd ask them a trivia question on their ranger knowledge but you could definitely see the love of the ministry he had to reach boys for the Lord. I appreciate his example to give of oneself not matter your own limitations though he had a few but that never stopped him slowed him down but he had a determined attitude to get things done one way or another id seen him several times over the years and always enjoyed our conversations on life his family and ranger outpost he'd helped in the past  at Rendezvous's my heart was truly sadden but rejoicing at the same time knowing he wasnt suffering and he was with his Beloved wife Deanna. 
well done good and faithful servant Ill miss you for now but will rejoice with again in the Lords presence my deepest condolences to his daughters and grandkids and Mom Gods strength be on you all   during these next days as your remember the memories you made with him 

Bryan's love for ministering to boys through Royal Rangers will always be a role model to future leaders in the ministry. His heart was large. Thanks for being in my life Bryan.

Our deepest condolences to the Thacker family. Bryan had a great appreciation for spiritual things, a quality that is lacking in the world. He saw the importance of seeking spiritual riches and his example reminds me of the words found at Joshua 1:8 “This book of the Law should not depart from your mouth, and you must read it in an undertone day and night, in order to observe carefully all that is written in it; for then your way will be successful and then you will act wisely.”  He will remain in the hearts and minds of the many lives he touched with his positive example. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. 

He was more than a fellow Royal Ranger Leader to me. He was like an older brother. I was fortunate to share many camps with Bryan. He poured a lot into my son. Will see you again Lil White Bear and share the warmth of a Heavenly campfire together.

i will always remember the first time we met Bryan and Deana, was in Hayward, they were such wonderful friends, going through Royal Rangers,  FCF, family camp, he was my husbands best friend, they just loved teaching children about god, and the wilderness, i know they are both rejoicing together right now,     love and prayers to  The Thacker family ~~ The Goerings, Lauire, Jacob and Benjamin
