Candace Ann Laing

Born in December 1964 in Bellingham, Washington to Larry & Charlotte Hamilton

Candace was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and dear friend. She was the most vibrant, funny and caring woman who was loved by so many. Deeply connected to nature, to her creativity and to her relationships, her soul was the brightest light that shone in her family’s lives. She had the most beautiful smile and soul, along with endless compassion. Even in very trying situations, she always sought the most positive outlook and would lighten even the dimmest of rooms with her presence.

Candace enjoyed being an esthetician and loved caring for her clients. In addition, she thoroughly enjoyed watching over for her four-legged clients, who also appreciated her intuitive knack for comforting them. She also had the artist’s touch, especially with her beautifully unique glass paintings.

A great chef, she enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She is survived by her sons Ryan Tirado of Virginia and Jack Laing of California, and daughter, Ashley Laing of California. As well as her daughter in-law Shawna Tirado, granddaughters Layla and Kira, all of Virginia, and brother Randall Hamilton and sister-in-law Debra Hamilton both of California.

She will be deeply missed by so many. Wherever this life takes us, we will carry Candace in our hearts forever.
