Constancia “Ching” Roble Ison, age 80, died peacefully at sea on Wednesday, September 6, 2017.
Born April 12, 1937 in Manila, Philippines. She lived in San Diego, Los Angeles and Glendale, before settling in Sacramento, California. She earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Philippines.
Survivors include her children: Maria Nancy I. Pulmones, Josel R. Ison (married to Teresita B. Ison), and Julie I. Blanford (married to Adam M. Blanford); her grandchildren: Kenneth Andre I. Pulmones, Gabriela I. Pulmones, Justine Pulmones, Cheryl Sebastian, Charles Sebastian II, Christa Ysabel B. Ison, Cody Ryan Blanford, and Claire Elizabeth Blanford; her great grandchildren: Noah Nubla, Percival Tyler Ordonez, Angelina Mehlani DeLeon, Nathan Charles DeLeon and her siblings: Dr. Dominador B. Roble, Zenaida R. Dedel, Raymundo B. Roble, Abraham B. Roble, and Imelda R. Santos.
Visitation Service will be held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Mount Vernon Memorial Park and Mortuary Chapel, 8201 Greenback Lane Fair Oaks, CA 95628 from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M.
Burial will be held in private.
